I cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized or custom orders, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Returns and exchange details
It’s very important to me that you love and are happy with your purchase! If you are not happy with your item, please contact me within 14 days and we will work out a solution to your satisfaction. I do not offer the option of exchanging an item but will accept returns. Postage costs for returned items are at your expense (unless the item is faulty), and I am not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please, make sure the item is not damaged and well packaged when you return it, and include a tracking number for both our security.
Shipping and Postage
**Please know that normal delivery times are much longer during this COVID crisis than stated below.**
I ship USPS Priority for $8. Additional items on the same order ship free. Your item will arrive in a padded mailer, nicely packaged in a special gift bag.
If you would like to purchase additional insurance please contact me and I will gladly adjust the shipping for you. Estimated time of shipment is usually within 24 hours but may depend on items ordered and current demand. If more than four days, I will contact you.
All US orders are shipped with a tracking number for your ease and peace of mind.
Please note that I cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and cannot be held accountable for delays with USPS. I am not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages that are not insured with the USPS.
